Mama Monday #4

I wrote this prayer for the beginning of a weekly meeting with my team. 

May this give you some words as your companion for the day ahead.... 


Father, Son, and Spirit,

help us to make something

beautiful for You with our lives…

May our words, choices, and actions today

be offered as true expressions of worship [1]

through our learning and unlearning

and with all the hats we wear

in the lives you have given to us.

Give us the grace to anchor ourselves in the present moment

and to delight in the person in front of us[2].

Help us to love you from deep within,

with the strength of our arms,

the thoughts of our minds,

and the courage of our hearts.[3]
